Bella Prisca XI Mipa 8 National Geographic Reflection : I like eating a lot. I brought snacks everyday. I never imagined that i had collected so much garbage. The garbage was burned in my backyard. I never thought that burning garbage could make the earth in bad condition now.  Wisdom : Burning garbage everyday would make earth polluted by smoke created by backyard garbage burning. It caused air pollution. It can make damage to the ozone layer and affects people with sensitive respiratory systems, as well as children and the elderly. Action now : Now I throw garbage in the trash and let the garbage collector take it rather than burn it and become pollution. Love : We must realize that burning rubbish is wrong and we must change it. Action plan : In the future I want to make such garbage as useful as recycling or making waste as electricity. Pledge : Never burn trash and help change the world.

Bella Prisca (5) Mipa 8'18 Explanation text Every morning I process various herbs and medicinal plants to be made as herbal medicine ready to drink. One of the herbs that I always drink is temulawak. A bottle of temulawak herbal drink is made from the following ingredients is 1 kg of temulawak, ½ kg palm sugar or brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 500 ml boiled water This is a series of processes that I do every morning to make a bottle of temulawak herbal drink is after peeling, the ginger is cut into small pieces. Water is poured into the pan and then heated until it boils. Add the temulawak chunks and stir until they change color. Add palm sugar and salt. Keep stirring until the ingredients run out. Filter it. Boiling hot water speeds up the process of dissolving temulawak and brown sugar. A few minutes stirring, grated temulawak mixed into a brownish-yellow solution.
